Plastic-lined pipe
Plastic-lined pipe uses ordinary carbon steel pipe as the base,lined with thermoplastic engineering plastics that have excellent chemical stability.The lining is formed through cold-drawing compounding or rotational molding.It combines the mechanical strength of steel with the corrosion resistance of plastics,featuring anti-scaling and resistance to microbial growth.It is an ideal pipeline for transporting acids,alkalis,salts,and corrosive gases.With food-grade polypropylene as the liner,it can also be used in food,pharmaceutical,and drinking water industries.

Steel-lined polypropylene pipe(GSF.PP)
Steel-lined polyvinyl chloride pipe(GSF.PVC)
Steel-lined polyethylene pipe(GSF.PE)
Steel-lined polyolefin pipe(GSF.PO)
Plastic-lined steel pipes are composite pipes made by bonding modified polymer materials with steel pipes through special processes.They retain the strength of steel and conventional connection methods,while taking full advantage of plastics’resistance to corrosion,aging,and abrasion,as well as being rust-free,non-toxic,and smooth inside.With enhanced corrosion resistance,plastic-lined steel pipes are widely used as replacements for traditional industrial pipelines in petroleum,chemical,power,coal,shipping,and port industries.
PP Composite Pipe
Operating temperature:–25℃to+110℃
Working pressure:Positive pressure up to 2.5 MPa;negative pressure 94 kPa at room temperature
Applications:Suitable for corrosive fluids,industrial pure water,chemical pure water,ionized water,and deionized water.Service life is longer than stainless steel,making it an alternative to stainless steel pipes.Outlasts rubber-lined and FRP pipes.
Corrosion resistance:Resistant to most organic/inorganic acids,alkalis,and salts,except strong oxidizing acids such as concentrated nitric acid,fuming sulfuric acid,and chlorosulfonic acid.Resistant to≤10%nitric acid,formic acid,acetic acid,≤36%hydrochloric acid,≤20%hydrobromic acid,dilute hydrofluoric acid,various concentrations of carbonic acid,boric acid,butyric acid,alkalis,and most salts.Resistant to gases such as mercury vapor,air,NH₃,CO₂,CO,NO₂,and HCl.
PE Composite Pipe
Operating temperature:–25℃to+75℃(modified PE up to 105℃)
Working pressure:Positive pressure up to 2.5 MPa;negative pressure 75 kPa at room temperature
Corrosion resistance:Good resistance to non-oxidizing acids(hydrochloric acid,dilute sulfuric acid,hydrofluoric acid),dilute nitric acid,alkalis,and salt solutions.Not resistant to concentrated nitric acid,concentrated sulfuric acid,or other strong oxidizing agents.Good resistance to many organic solvents at room temperature.
Applications:Suitable for general corrosive liquids and especially for domestic water and hot/cold drinking water transport.Does not affect water quality,meeting food hygiene requirements.High-density wear-resistant PE pipe is also widely used for slurry transport(e.g.,coal,mineral sands).Applications include petrochemicals,power,water supply,and environmental protection.
Steel-Lined PO Pipe
Operating temperature:–25℃to+105℃
Working pressure:Positive pressure up to 2.5 MPa;negative pressure 90 kPa
Features:Non-toxic,resistant to high/low temperature,vacuum,and corrosion.Aging-resistant,impact-resistant,smooth surface,and strong bonding strength.Good resistance to common acids,alkalis,salts,and organic solvents.Suitable for transporting corrosive gases,liquids,and solid-liquid slurries.
Applications
Plastic-lined pipes are widely used in chemical,biotechnology,power,metallurgy,pharmaceuticals,food,and environmental industries.Operating within–20℃to+105℃,they are ideal alternatives to rubber,ceramic,FRP,stainless steel,and plastic-lined plates.
