Bimetal wear-resistant pipe
The metallurgical bimetal wear-resistant straight pipe is produced using centrifugal casting technology.In this process,both metals are fused together in a molten state,achieving a true metallurgical bond.The shear strength of the bonding layer is higher than that of the base metal itself,fully realizing the mechanical complementarity between the base layer and the wear-resistant layer.
For elbows,tees,reducers,and other fittings,lost foam vacuum suction casting technology is used.This advanced process effectively solves the problem of bonding in bent pipes,enabling overall composite structures for elbows and other shaped fittings.This ensures that the flow trajectory of materials inside elbows is not altered,greatly reducing conveying resistance.
Material Selection
The outer wall of the centrifugal pipe is made of carbon steel,ensuring high mechanical strength and excellent impact resistance.
The inner wear-resistant lining is made of a proprietary anti-wear alloy steel developed by our company.This alloy,enriched with Cr,Ni,Mo,Cu,and RE elements,undergoes quenching and tempering heat treatment.The result is a steel with outstanding wear resistance,corrosion resistance,mechanical strength,and impact resistance.
Our complete production process is the first of its kind domestically,filling a gap in China’s anti-corrosion and wear-resistant pipeline industry.It has reached an internationally advanced level and is now widely applied across multiple sectors.
